Fraxel was the original skin resurfacing laser. However, due to a huge wave of new competition over the previous 3 years, sales had plateaued. Fraxel needed to regain its magic, reminding people why they loved it so much and showing how the latest version could help their practice more than less proven competitors.

183 leveraged consumer and HCP research to develop a campaign with optimized language and visuals to highlight the versatility and effectiveness of the new FTX device. The campaign combined the best of what was loved about the old device with the most important benefits of FTX. As of October 2025, Fraxel revenue has grown +25% year over year.
