Thermage FLX is a skin tightening treatment available in aesthetic practices. Thermage had become a leader in this niche aesthetic category but faced increasing competition from well-funded competition with larger sales teams. Thermage needed to reframe the market to accelerate growth.
183 worked with the Solta brand team to conduct consumer research that uncovered a untapped opportunity to grow the whole skin tightening category by driving consumer awareness. We developed a new campaign that tied the Thermage mechanism of action to one of consumers’ top interests – collagen remodeling and executed the campaign on national TV, digital and outdoor media. In addition, our team supported dozens of local campaigns for practices that helped Thermage grow above the category rate in capital and treatment tip sales.
